Adopted Villages

President Anshu Dagur (IWC Indirapuram) and Club Members for organised

their COV with a difference at the adopted Attaur village. The meeting was in

an environmental friendly Chaupal on a dais caked with mud, a table made

of biobricks (pet bottles packed with single use discarded polythene bags)

and the canopy of dried grass. The area was levelled by a roller and a

playground readied for the village youth. The ladies were given a course in

food preservation and their apple jam, pickles and chutney were distributed

in beautiful earthen pots. Certificates were distributed to youth excelling in

sports. The village comes under Zone III, with PIIWP Mrs. Abha Gupta as

Zonal Advisor

Caring for women & girls-making them self reliant. Zone 3 conducted jam

making classes / pickles etc to make the women self sufficient
