Sadhana Rajarajan was born in Nellore and pursued her studies there. Sadhana's Inner
Wheel journey started in 2002 and she became the President of the Club in 2006-2007.
Till date she has had 100% attendance at IW meetings and participated in all
programmes of the club. She joined Inner Wheel District 298 as Executive Committee
member and held various posts and is District Chairman for the year 2018-2019.
Sadhana, a Paul Harris Fellow, has attended the South Asia Rally in Malaysia and three
Triennial Conferences. She also attended the International Inner Wheel Convention in
Melbourne. Her hobbies are cooking, gardening, listening to music and celebrating

Preeti Gugnani is a B. Ed and post-graduate in Sociology from Lady Irwin College. She
holds the post of Principal & Chairperson of a renowned and well-established CBSEaffiliated
school in the city. She joined Inner Wheel in 1999 as a member of Inner Wheel
Club of Rohtak. She excelled at every executive post at the club level and received
innumerable awards including Best ISO, Best Treasurer, Best Secretary and Outstanding
President. She was elected District Editor in 2013. As District ISO she organized the
District ISO Meet ANTARANG and the Flag Exchange Program -ANANDITA at the
Diamond Jubilee Celebration of the IW Clubs in India. She has attended Triennial
Conferences in Mumbai, Varanasi, Hyderabad and Kolkata. She also attended the South
Asia Rallies in Kochi & in Malaysia. She also participated in the Multi-District Rally in
Lucknow and the Friendship Meet “Prem Pratik” in Puri. Preeti has had the privilege of attending the
International Inner Wheel Conventions at Copenhagen and Melbourne as a voting delegate. She continues
working tirelessly for women empowerment, adult and child education, sanitation, health and education.
Jyothi is an Arts graduate and a Hindi Pandit. She joined Inner Wheel in the year 2000.
She is the recipient of the Best President, Best Secretary, Best ISO and Best Editor
Awards. She has also received the Rotary International Rotarian Spouse Service Award.
At the 13th Triennial Conference, she was part of the organizing committee and was the
coordinator for the District's Silver Jubilee Celebrations. She has attended the South
Asia Rally at Cochin & the Triennial Conferences at Hyderabad & Kolkata as a voting
delegate. Her hobbies include cooking, reading books, listening to music, art, designing,
dance and making friends.
Gauri Dhond is a Science graduate with a B.Ed degree. At present she is engaged in
Mathematics coaching for Class 12th & JEE entrance examination. She joined IWC
Nagpur in the year 1991. After serving the club on various posts, she was nominated as
the President of the club in the year 2009-10. She was elected Dist. Editor in the year
2013-14 and served the District on all subsequent posts. She has attended Triennials at
Kottayam, Chennai, Mumbai, Varanasi & Kolkata., IIW Conventions at Copenhagen,
Denmark and Melourne as voting delegate. Gauri is a sports and adventure enthusiast.
She has participated in many treks, marathons and cycling expeditions. She loves
singing and has presented songs in various music programs.
Sangeeta Joshi was born and brought up in a noble and religious family of Varanasi and
married into a socially active, religious, highly qualified and elite family of Neemuch.
She acquired her Bachelor of Music degree in Sitar from Banaras Hindu University and
Prabhakar from Prayag Sangeet Sameeti. She has participated in various music
competition and given many solo performances. Sangeeta joined IWC Neemuch in 2010
and served at various posts and won awards at the club and district level. She has
attended many District events and Triennials. At the District level, she has served as
Editor, ISO, Treasure and Vice-Chairman. She is fond of cooking, music and dancing.
Purnima Wardhan hails from a well-known family in Jaipur. She is a graduate in
Science with a B.Ed degree. She has contributed immensely to society in the field of
education while serving as a teacher in Shri Maheshwari Senior Secondary School,
Jaipur, for over 2 decades. She is a strong-willed woman. She has been associated with
Inner Wheel since 2001 and has served the needy and contributed to society with great
dedicaton. She has won many Awards and she is associated with several social
Mamta Desai is a Civil Engineer and an ardent lover of music and folk dance. Mamta has
pursued her interest in social service activities by joining many women's organizations
in Valsad. Serving the Inner Wheel Club of Bulsar in various capacities, Mamta rose to
become the President of the Inner Wheel Club in 1996-97 and for a second term in
2011-12. Under her able leadership, the club conducted various activities including the
District Legal Aid Seminar in the presence of the Gujarat High Court Justice, Shri
Niranjan Pandya. An active participant at the Inner Wheel District Events, Mamta also
won several competitions in the District and brought laurels to her Club. She was
elected District Editor in 2013-14 and served all District posts with enthusiasm. She is an
active life member of Akhil Hind Mahila Parishad and is associated with many activities involving the education,
employment and upliftment of the weaker sex.
Rajni Negi is a B. Ed with an M.Sc. in Zoology. She actively participated in various cocurricular
activities during her student life. At present she is a Science Teacher in G.S.S.S
Banuri. Her hobbies include stamp collection, coin collection and making herbaria. She
is fully dedicated to the service of the poor and needy. She joined Inner Wheel in 2004
and served at various posts at the club level. She served as Club President consecutively
for two years and was awarded the Best President trophy for both the years. She has
attended two Triennial conferences, the South Asia Rally in Mumbai and the Diamond
Jubilee celebration of Inner Wheel in India, Multi District Rally in Lucknow, many Inter-
District Rallies, Swarna Manjari in District 312 and the Golden Jubilee celebrations in
Varanasi. In 2013-2014 she was elected District Editor, and has climbed the Inner Wheel District ladder to become
District Chairman. She is also a life member of the Red Cross Society and Shani Seva Sadan.
Rachna Agarwal, is a professional and a dedicated Inner Wheel member since 1998. She
has served at all Club posts and has won many awards at each of them. She was elected
District Editor in 2013-14. As District ISO she organised a Friendship Exchange trip to
Kerela. She won the Best District Treasurer award. She attended the IIW Convention in
Melbourne, Australia. She is a soft spoken, religious person who is a firm believer in the
laws of Karma.
Raji Garg is a B.Ed, and a state hockey player. She joined Inner Wheel in 2005 and has
served the club in the capacity of Treasurer, Secretary and President for 2 consecutive
years. She won Best President and many awards in various competitions. She was
elected District Editor in 2013. She has attended the Triennials at Varanasi and Kolkata;
the South Asia Rally at Sri Lanka and Mumbai, IIW Golden Jubilee in Delh, Prem Prateek
at Puri and Swaran Manjari at Varanasi. Stitching is her forte.
Neeta Dublish is a dedicated social worker and a versatile born leader. Born on 31st
August in Mawana, Neeta is a graduate. She has been involved in shaping the Inner
Wheel Club of Mawana since 2009. She was elected Charter President and was the
youngest achiever to get enrolled in the District Executive Committee as District Editor.
Sonal Bansal has completed her B. Com (Hons) from Indore, CS (Intermediate) MCM
(Advanced Diploma in Computer Integrated Management), Advanced Diploma in
Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Book Keeping and Accounting training
from M/S JAYANT MISHRA Chartered Accountant & Company. She is a Management
Consultant by profession. She joined IWC Agra Midtown in 2002. She served in all the
posts at the Club Level, and as President, was honoured as an Excellent President and
Outstanding CGR. Sonal entered the District in 2012 as District Editor and has served in
all district positions. She has received a special award for hosting IIW Presidents at Agra
on four occasions.
Shalini Talwar, born & brought up in Allahabad, is a true Sagittarian. She was Head Girl of
her school and did her B.Sc & L.T. from Allahabad University. She joined IWC Allahabad
Midtown in 2003. She was recognised as the Best President, Best Secretary & Best
Treasurer. She sponsored the first New Generation Club of India, “IWC Allahabad
Navya”, when she was Club President in 2008-09. She has attended the Triennials at
Varanasi & Kolkata as a voting delegate. An enthusiastic, caring, dedicated person,
Shalini always gives her 100% to whatever she undertakes. Her motto in life is 'Do your
best & leave the rest to the Almighty’
Renu Gupta was born in Lucknow. She did her graduation from Meerut University, in English
Literature, Sanskrit Literature and Psychology. Throughout her student life she took an active
part in sports and extra-curricular activities. She joined Inner Wheel Club of Pune in 1999-2000.
As District Editor (2010-11), she published a Quarterly District E- Bulletin 'Inner Delite', which
was the first of its kind, not only in the District but in the country. She attended the IW
International Convention in Kota Kina Balu, Malaysia as a Voting Delegate. She also attended the
South Asia Rally-Circle of Sisterhood, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She loves painting, writing
poetry, reading, music and travelling. She enjoys meeting and interacting with people and
believes in God. Her mantra for life is - One should be open to learning, as long as one lives. The
day you stop learning you will stop living.
A thorough Mumbaikar, Vidhya Subramanian did her schooling from J.B Vachha High School and
graduated from R.A. Podar College. She is a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Special Education
and has worked with physically challenged students at The Spastic Society of India as a Special
Educator. She was Charter Treasurer of Inner Wheel Club of Deonar in1987-88 and Club
President 1996-97. The highlight of the projects done in that year was The Mumbai Sports Meet
for The Differently Abled. She was District Zonal Coordinator in 2012-13. At the South Asia Rally,
Mumbai, she held the post of Chairman, Accommodation Committee. Vidhya was elected
District Editor in 2013-14. She was awarded the Best District Treasurer in 2015-16. She practices
the Ashtanga School of Yoga and has excelled in Bharat Natyam dance form. Visiting places is her
passion and has travelled widely to various countries.
Vijaya Rajgopal Kuruvella
Vijaya Rajgopal Kuruvella hails from the historical town of Orugallu/Warangal. Taking
inspiration from Lady Warrior Rani Rudrama Devi, she founded the Municipal Inner
Wheel Community Hall and was its Charter President. She has been doing selfless
service for over 4 decades now. Her biodata includes many programs such as
Sahasranetradanam, Eye-Camps, Pulse-Polio, Rural Health Check-ups, Yoga &
Meditation for Prisoners, establishment of a permanent Old-age Recreation Club,
establishment of Permanent Free Yoga, Meditation, Aerobics and Music classes and
many more. She was adjudged Best President, Zonal Rrepresentative and Secretary.
Sreelatha Donthi is a Commerce graduate from Mysore University. She joined Inner
Wheel in the Year 2002-03 and served at all the posts at the club level. She received the
Best Project Chairman Award at the club level. She worked as Conference Chairman in
the year 2012-13 and Assembly Chairman in the year 2015-16. While serving as Club
President in the year 2004-05, Sreelatha received 17 Appreciation and 3 Award
Certificates. Her main goals are to Care for Women and the Girl Child, prevent wastage
of food, plant medicinal trees and water conservation.
Dr. Vanita D. Talaulikar
Vanita Talaulikar was born in Goa. She is an M.B.B.S. and holds a post graduate Diploma
in Radiodiagnosis from Goa Medical College. She has also done her post-graduation
DNBE from G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital Mumbai. Presently she is working as
Senior Consultant Radiologist under the Govt of Goa. Vanita joined Inner wheel in 2010-
11 and was elected District Editor In 2013-14 after which she served in all the District
posts. She has attended the South Asia Rally in Mumbai and many District and
Association functions. She is a Paul Harris Fellow. She has pledged her organs and
encourages others to follow. Her hobbies are cooking, travelling, painting, and
Dr. Sarika Prasad
Sarika Prasad is a Paediatrician by profession. She is a Yoga devotee and a lifelong
student of Kathak, Hindustani vocal music and Sitar. Sarika joined Inner Wheel as a
Charter Member of IWC of Mysore Central in 1998-99. As Club President in 2000-01 she
got recognition for inducting the highest number of members. After serving at all
coveted positions at the Club level, she joined the District Executive Committee in 2012-
13. She has attended three IIW Conventions, five Triennial Conferences and actively
participates in all District and Club events. She is married to Dr Deepak Prasad who is a
Periodontist. Sarika is also a passionate traveller.
Srividya Mohan is a Science graduate and a sports enthusiast. As an active cadet in the
NCC she had won many prizes. She joined IWC Bangalore Orchards in 2007 and became
Club President in 2010-11. Srividya joined the District Executive Committee in 2014. She
has attended 4 Conventions, 2 Triennial Conferences and 4 South Asia Rallies. She is also
an active PHF Rotarian of Rotary Club of Bangalore Orchards. She is also an
entrepreneur who designs saree blouses. She is a great lover of nature and animals. She
is fond of travelling and is a big foodie.
Sindhu Sethu was born and brought up in Kozhikode, Kerala. After graduation she
secured a B Ed degree and entered the teaching profession. She currently works for
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan School, Chevayur, Kozhikode. Sindhu joined Inner Wheel in
2006 and has served in all capacities in her home Club, IWC Calicut East. She was elected
District Editor in 2013. She feels proud to lead the prestigious District spreading the
fragrance of friendship and serving the society!!
Rohini Srinivasan, a B.A graduate, was part of the school Throwball and Basketball
Teams. She has completed Siromani & Acharya Course from Sivananda International
school of Yoga. She has imparted yoga training to over 1800 NCC cadets. She is married
to Rtn. K. Srinivasan, blessed with two sons- Vivek, PGDM (Agri-Business Management)
graduate and Vibin, a B.Com graduate.
Kala Rajasekar joined IWC-Madras South in 1990. She has been instrumental in
organizing and leading various social welfare projects which include being a scribe for
the visually challenged at the Little Flower Convent and sharing time with the geriatric
ward patients at VHS. A commerce graduate with inherent leadership qualities, her
formative years were shaped by the discipline and values instilled during training as an
NCC cadet. She also represented the Tanjore district in Net-Ball matches for three
consecutive years. At the club level, she won the award for the Best ISO. As President of
the club, under the chairmanship of PIIWP Kamala Ramakrishnan, she partnered with
Exnora in the adoption and clean-up of a slum in R.A.Puram. She entered the district as
District ISO. To help new members better understand the goals and workings of IW, she
organized a focused program called “Ungalukkaga”. She loves travelling and has visited many countries with her
family. Carnatic music, playing the Veena, tailoring, arts & crafts have been the main hobbies that she continues
A Charter Member of IW Club of Tezpur, Puspa Golcha has served almost all the
posts in the Club and in the District to the highest level. She has been awarded Best
President during her tenure, besides other accolades. She has shared many
responsibilities, held top leadership posts on different social platforms and is at present
the National Secretary of All India Marwari Mahila Sanmilan. Puspa loves cooking,
painting and gardening. She runs and independently manages her own garment
business and has travelled widely in America.
Gayatri Aryani has completed her post-graduation in Botany from Bihar University and
is a house wife. She is a Charter Member of Inner Wheel Club of Chapra. She has bagged
many awards including Best Reporting, Best Treasurer, Efficient Secretary, Best
President, and Best CGR. She has attended 4 Triennial Conferences. Her hobbies include
gardening, cooking, reading, travelling and watching T.V.
Krishna Mohanty, is a member of Inner Wheel Club of Sambalpur. An academician by
profession, she was born in a family of intellectuals. She has a brilliant academic career
with equal prowess in literary, sporting and artistic skills and has many achievements to
her credit. A linguist with a plethora of hobbies she calls herself – “Jill of all trades”. She
loves to make her years count – thus, Inner Wheel is her passion.
Born and brought up in Kolkata, Indrani Chatterjee graduated from Lady
Brabourne College, Kolkata and did her Masters in Political Science from Calcutta
University. She joined Inner Wheel Club of Behala in the year 2000 and served at all the
posts to become the President of her club twice – in 2007-2008 & again in the year 2010-
2011. She joined the District Executive Committee of Dist.329 in the year 2012 as the
District Editor & rose up the ladder serving at all the posts to become Dist. Chairman in
2018-19. She has attended the Triennial Conferences in Pune, Varanasi and Kolkata;
South Asia Rallies in Sri Lanka, Mumbai & Malaysia & the recently concluded IIW
Convention in Melbourne. Her hobbies include travelling & organizing group trips for
friends & family, reading & listening to music.
