Wheel of Innerwheel moves once again to give us another new year bringing change of leadership at all levels of Innerwheel hierarchy. I extend my greetings to you all & welcome you to a pleasant journey of friendship & service –together as a team.

Inspite of recession all over the world – I am glad we are expanding in membership & in no. of clubs .Congratulations to all of you, I urge to you all to continue the efforts of increasing membership as well the no of clubs all over the country. The biggest motivation comes from within—you need to believe in your organization & convince others also of it,s existence .Encourage new members to take active part in club as well as District activities. Remember that Innerwheel exists at grass root level-at club level. Each member is a leader in herself.

The motto for the year would be believe Innerwheel—Trust innerwheel-Enjoy Innerwheel. Let each member enjoy coming to club meeting, enjoy the friendship service will follow automatically.

Theme for the year 2010-11—is Commit with
conviction, compassion, consistency.

So each one of you be committed to this beautiful international organization, be convinced of its existence to serve the community with compassion, & the end result would be consistency in its growth & expansion.
